Applications
Purpose
The Diabetes Research Foundation of WA (DRFWA) has made available a sum of money from the Alex Cohen Diabetes Scholarship Fund for the purpose of providing top-up scholarships to students in receipt of an Australian Postgraduate Award (APA) conducting research based around clinical, cause, complications or psychological aspects of any form of diabetes at the University of Western Australia (UWA). Collaborative research is encouraged.
Value
Funds will be available for the duration of an APA up to 75% per annum of the award.
Eligibility
The top-up scholarship is open to applicants who are in receipt of an APA and who are enrolled at the University of Western Australia.
Applicants must reside in Western Australia for the duration of the scholarship.

Conditions
Conditions for the Alex Cohen Diabetes Scholarship are governed by the UWA Ad Hoc Scholarship Regulations and the Additional Regulations as outlined by the DRFWA. These are available here or from the UWA Scholarships Office - http://www.scholarships.uwa.edu.au
